Should I accept the offer?
Currently working in a startup, got an offer from a crypto HFT company with a 5% increment on base salary with discretionary bonus, where I currently have some stock options that worths maybe ~10k per year. The new role is based on C++ which I am more interested than my current Unity/C# thingy. But 5% seems a bit little, should I switch? Yoe: 2 Tc: 🥜
