10 yoe, 170k comp, been remote for 4 years and plan on staying that way. Love Spotify as a product and used it for probably 12 years now. The senior positions for playlist & personalization and music promotion caught my eye. Thanks for any feedback or info! #design #ui/ux
Dm for Indeed. We're hiring tons of ux
Hi, could I DM you for Indeed? I saw a role I’m interested in and have ~1 YOE
Can I dm?
I don’t have specific numbers but recruiter flat out told me in the first call they cannot compete with FAANG salaries but their base tends to be higher. I’d probably reference FAANG range and subtract 10-25% Where are you located right now? Another thing to note is they may ask you to relocate to east coast because they work a lot with europe and you need to be in a doable time difference with them.
See above for my general criteria. I'm east coast based as well.
Just saw it! I believe your TC expectation should work then.
Yep they kind of trick you by saying remote — but on the east coast only
Friend worked there. Can confirm base salary for a senior product designer was 180,000.

They’ve been one I’ve researched before too, but I can’t ever find any current salary info for them. No idea what senior designers make there.
Not competitive with faang salaries. The majority of their team is in Europe and their salaries can't compete with US salaries. They have openings in US but their salaries are not competitive IMO. They do have a great product and their design org structure is very well established. Source: I declined their offer.
