Should I cancel my Onsite interviews ?
I have a bunch of onsite interviews scheduled with all the tier 1 companies next month . However, I am on h1b, there’s no hope for premium processing, without that transfer seems to be risky and taking forever. Should I cancel my onsite interviews ? Or I have other options? I worked hard on interview preparation, don’t feel comfortable about canceling on-sites. Yoe: 4.5 Tc: 340k
Don't cancel man. One of my friend's company (Salesforce) waited for 6 months untill he got H1 shit done.

Yeah don’t cancel as finalizing offer etc. takes time anyway. Also curious why are you leaving fb? And YOE, level, team? Asking cause I’m joining fb in a month :)

Don't cancel. By the time you do your on-sites and get results and finalize on your next job it's possible that premium is resumed. Since you're prepared go ahead and give the on-sites.
