Should I leave Amazon for the same TC at a non-FAANG?

I'm an L5 and have been here for a little over 2 years now. My team has alright WLB and get mental health days/occasional half days. I don't really like the culture of my team though. We don't really get along at all and there's high turnover which hurts our ability to build a strong culture. I'm getting tired of working on this product as well. I'm given interesting challenges, but tbh I'm kind of bored. I have 2 on-sites coming up for senior positions with GrubHub and Indeed, but the recruiters say that the TC will be similar to what I have now. I also have an onsite for Deliverr that I need to schedule. Will it hurt my career to move to a senior position with a non-FAANG? Is the increased workload as a senior worth the same TC?
