Should I look for a new role?
So I know what you’re going to say get out of Ibm and join faang but here me out. So I’m 24 have been with Ibm a little more than a year. Joined straight out of school to a sales role I’m also a non tech major. I live in a warm (no snow) non tech hub area yet still expensive but not as bad as the bay obviously. I work 100% remote travel a ton and make around 140-150k TC. I’ve looked at other roles in my area that I meet the requirements for (both degree and experience wise) it doesn’t seem like any of them will ever come close to my current TC. Should I even bother with looking for a new role sure I’d love to work at faang but idk if it even makes sense for me to make the switch. I also dont want to move. Let me know what you think I should do?
If you're in an area with low living cost, just out of school, and a non tech major sounds like you're doing great. Do you like your job?
I’m not in a low cost of living area still high just not as high as Bay Area. Los Angeles .

100% remote and travel are killer perks. Stay if you love it. There's more to life than TC.
I want hirer TC though I just think I’ll get it elsewhere with my experience and tech skills.
