Should I quit FT Job for Contract
Is there anybody who is a PayPalProject Manager (non-tech) that is willing to reach out and share their experience? I am interviewing for a contract position with PayPal with the customer success team and would appreciate any insights. It’s a great opportunity as I’m trying to transition out of insurance however, I’m apprehensive to quit my full-time role.

If you are an Indian and on H1B. Contracting makes more sense. Layoffs on contracts won’t have the 60 day pressure. You are entitled to bench pay
In my opinion quitting an FT for a contract isn’t the greatest option. Have to think about taxes, vacation etc….all depends on the contract though.
