Slack share owners, are you guys selling or holding your shares after the acquisition news? I don’t think there is much upside if you hold from here, I would like to sell and invest that money. Any expert advise?
I’m holding onto mine. Per the deal I’m getting back my investment in the form of cash and bunch of CRM shares pretty much for free. If I sell slack I would probably buy CRM anyway. The deal doesn’t go through? I don’t see that happening.
Also I can avoid paying capital gain taxes.
I have only 6 shares, got them at 35$. Will wait on CRM
Pre-DPO employee, sold nothing, just let it accumulate since the public listing. Sold and bought real estate after deal announced.
DPO?
Direct public offering - no underwriting like in a standard IPO
I sold mine around $43 a share to invest in other companies. There isn’t more upside beyond $45 a share IMO but if the deal doesn’t go through there is a lot of downside
