Should I shoot this bird
Every morning this fat ass confident ass bird with a freaking loud gullet screams this exotic and annoying bird call because he is so horny to mate literally right outside my window. Want to take a BB gun to him but wondering if my neighbors will be mad at me for this or if there are any consequences I don’t realize?
If you gut it make sure you don’t waste the meat. Either eat it or give it to a raccoon.
Check to see what kind of bird. It’s illegal to harm certain species and you can face huge fines and jail time.

You’d be surprised. Other neighbors know that this bird is coming around and wildlife specialists maybe tracking it. All you need is someone to realize it’s missing and know that it has been going to OP’s house or possibly see/hear OP shooting it. I doubt OP is good enough with a BB gun to kill it with one shot.
It's trying to one up you. The only appropriate response is to develop your own mating call and fuck right in front of it. Make sure to make eye contact with the bird as you are doing the needful.
