If u have a path open to EDA and AI with cadence, then go for it. They have some cool stuff going on there.
Some groups like HPC and newer stuff in intel also seem to be well funded for good career growth.
So it comes down to the domain rather than level. Both companies are more or less the same. But intel is more relaxed than cadence.
