Should I use one GitHub account for everything

I usually make a new GitHub account for each use case thus far. For example, I have a personal GitHub where I put my own projects. I then have an account for school that is linked to my cs org. At work I made another one with my work email. Do most of you just use one account and somehow link it to all other orgs?
