I just joined a great company about 6 months ago, its definitely a rocket ship… great culture, great pay, great team. However, a pre-ipo start up has reached out and offered to increase my pay, increase my stock package and I’d essentially have the role of my current boss. Should I take the role?
Did you already pass the interview & get an offer? Might as well interview first

Yes
