i am at DocuSign for 5 months. the team is chill, good work life balance. i am worried about Netflix’s culture. is the FANG tag worth it ? yoe :15
Is Netflix remote is DocuSign remote? I would air on comfort if the TC is the same. You want to have time for your kids don't you?
2 days a week in office
I would go for stability over TC. If same TC stay. I am mod 40s and my kids are so busy I need to be flexible for work.
Yoe?

Troll
no its not a troll , i need opinion and need to accept offer today
You're asking if you should take an offer at a well known company that doubles your salary
Is the risk worth $24k? Plus short tenure on resume? I’ve moved places after a short stint only to find out the grass is indeed, not greener. Unless you’ve consistently been a higher performer and nonplussed by grind culture I wouldn’t.
Why are you even interviewing if you started at docu just 5 months ago 💀
He has to keep the irons hot. He did the right thing @$CRWD
Idek why you’re interviewing if you’re happy. Don’t leave for that low of a raise, and I would recommend staying at least a year anyway unless you’re dying which it doesn’t sound like you are. Strange to me that you were even thinking about it. Settle in!
Always be interviewing, even if it's just for practice. Learned that lesson very early in my career.
You always interview for FAANG… ok I’ll leave out Amazon
I’d take guaranteed money for WLB risk
How is this even a question? ‘Um hey guys, someone’s giving me a car; should I take the Civic or the Ferrari?’
That all depends on where you have to go.
People aren’t money-making automatons. They have other things going on in life that complicates the decision.
I'd probably stay put at that TC. Not much room for future comp growth at Netflix. Some benefits due to the high base are generous 4-6 month parental leave and 4 months severance if you're fired.
How high can l5 comp grow? And how hard is it to internally promote to l6?
You’re kidding right
no why ? i am so confused
Docu is declining
