Sigma’s “in office” culture is being enforced by leadership with an attendance workbook. This will affect your performance so save yourself and check out the workbook on staging. You have to be in office 4 days a week or you get flagged. This is definitely not the way I wanted things to go when I joined. This is micromanagement.
