Signing bonus in Red Hat?

Has anyone negotiated an offer with Red Hat recently for India? Any idea on how much signing bonus to ask as % of fixed? Their base salary is pretty low so I would like to be compensated

I’ve not heard anybody get any signing bonus at redhat. Try to negotiate on RSUs. Redhat pays low for the excellent wlb it provides and that’s the most differential perk
