All things in moderation. Let’s wait for the medical consensus before jumping on what minor studies suggest.
It’s not minor studies it’s many studies spanning decades. Choose to ignore at your own risk. You can indulge in meat very occasionally but even in a single day it impacts your body in negative ways.
Whatever. Diet recommendations are always changing.
Yeah sure eat your impossible and beyond meat burgers full of gmos cheap proteins and oils
Better than the alternative, they (or competition) will make better healthier versions of these plant-based burgers that pretty much taste as good! Have any obese relatives? Talk to them about how their life is like fighting cancers, diseases, heart attacks, expensive pills, diabetes, arthritis, etc. etc.
Don’t touch my food and stop shoving your cause down my throat. Eating chicken breast and fish isn’t linked to anything and it’s giving me an eight pack. The results of your studies are skewed by processed meat and overly fatty red meat. All vegans and vegetarians I’ve ever met look like shit. Bad, hair, bad skin, bad teeth, skinny fat, or fat fat. My former TLs are all Indian vegetarians and vegans and are fat as fuck. Another Indian coworker is a major vegan and half of her hair is gone at 24. https://youtu.be/aFFWstlfDRk ^^^ A very renowned vegetarian will lay out decades of research data for you and prove that vegetarians aren’t doing much better health wise and that it’s actually omega 3 to omega 6 ratios that are the answer to good health.
🤦🏻♂️ No one told you to shove anything down your throat, first of all. Watch Game Changer, highly recommend it. I provided the info, you can ignore or explore up to you. I don’t force anything on anyone.

We should def. not eat as much meat as average Joe consumes a week BUT speaking from evolution point of view humans were eating meats since early days. Not 2lbs of meat a day tho so balance is everything!
Evolutionary not so, our teeth and mouth and long digestive system was built for plant-based diets. Only through recent cutting-edge research down to analyzing the bones of even Roman gladiators, we find the highest performing athletes were on plant-based diets. Sure, we can enjoy the meats but our bodies were not built for it. If it was our teeth would be sharper to eat chunks from flesh and our digestive system much shorter like that of carnivores such as lions.
