Sinking boat?
Hi, the company feels like a sinking boat. There is no direction from the CXOs or upper management. There is no real product, and the few things that are being developed are not wanted internally (TMC, TMNA, TCNA, etc). Am I the only one feeling this way?? Is it time to look for other opportunities? #toyota #woven Also. Compensation sucks. no?
True, The obvious reason is super arrogant and unqualified leaders (for example Arene) VPs, Directors and even managers with no experience in the domain. No basics at all (Quality Management just nonexistent), which means they're absolutely incapable but they talk all the time about "transforming" Toyota and the automotive industry lool Hope no one dies due to such unethical leadership.
