I received a verbal offer from SXM for a senior RF hardware engineering position in Bay Area. YOE: 20+ Current TC @ Lockheed Martin: $250k 9/80 every other Friday off Stable company Offer base: $240k Annual Bonus: eligible up to 15% 401k Match 3% vests over 3 years RSUs: $125k over 4 years (does this sound low?) LTIP: he said Similar to bonus in August TC: $314k Do you think RSUs are negotiable? Does anyone know if sign on is in the realm of possibility? Is it worth the jump from LM which has been quite stable to SXM which is going through a rebrand?
Any particular reasons why staying at Lockheed makes sense as opposed to taking the 20% increase other than stability?
