It depends on your skill set, from what I’ve seen the SREs that also can code like a SWE are paid their weight in gold and the Sys-Admins aren’t compensated as highly But it’s San Diego and all salaries are lower than the Bay/Seattle SRE 3.5 YOE / TC 130k + stock options
