Slack statuses
We have a coworker in our org that constantly updates their Slack status. They are very specific, like “Eating breakfast”, “Walking dog”, “Taking a shower”, “Cuddling with pets” Is this normal and has anyone else seen something similar?
They are slacking too much

What's the problem with the status update ?
Sets bad expectations for the culture of the team that you have to tell everyone where you are and what you're doing all the time.
Are they married?
He has a camera in his home and use CV+ChatGPT+slack plugin to update his statuses
They might have a micromanager whom they are updating regularly
My team will note lunch (code for walking) and appointments/commuting when they will be unreachable that’s it
Write "Pretending to Work" as your status.
