Question about women in their 30’s?
Depends on the market if you'll be doing DS work or DA/DE/DVis work. Some offices have a better opportunities since their clients don't out-right own DS teams and DS is their not core portfolio (think like Sherwin-Williams, Hertz Rental, Footlocker). In those companies you'd make a huge splash with even pretty straightforward stuff like classification. Job prospects following Slalom are usually very good. It's a good company with a lot of talent and connections to pretty much everything in the f500. Recruiting process, it'll again depend on the market. You'll get an idea of the clients you'll be working with during the interview since they will ask you relevant questions for roles currently needed. They ask about fraud detection--probably banks; they ask about supply-chain optimization--probably manufacturing; they ask about chatbots--tcom or online retail.
