What is working here like? Salary ranges? #slalom TC: $110k
It depends on whether you’re used to consulting, it’s quite different than in house design. I had a sr design friend work there and made 120k.
Company has a reputation for paying poorly relative to companies that want to consider peers. They are not doing well, like a lot of other consulting companies. There have been ongoing silent firings/layoffs since a 7% layoff last fall. They are trying to start offshoring, and there are rumors of another round of layoffs (or maybe they’ll just continue to do silent ones). Because of poor pipeline, they are tracking sales numbers more closely. Depending on your level, you may need sales numbers even on the tech side. Some consider it more of a staffing company than true consulting. They do both. Some very capable people there, but I’ve also worked with some of the worst of my career there. You’re probably better off looking elsewhere for now.
