How do you all have a normal 8 hour sleep at 11pm wake up at 7am every day? My sleep is fked, I’ll nap at 6pm-8pm, fall asleep at like 3am and wake up at 9am. My stand ups are now at 7am and I can’t sleep at all, I’m gonna feel like shit tomorrow. How do you survive a whole day at the office like this? WFH was easier to relax, in office is different
Drink coffee a little later in the day to power through the nap Your napping at 6-8 causes you to push back your sleep till 3.
Watch hubermans podcast about caffeine
I’ll try that. How long until coffee wears off?
How do you sleep during dinner time, don't you eat?
Breakfast at like 10am, lunch at 3-4pm, dinner at 10pm-1am lol
Which time zone are you in ?
Use ambian to get into cycle. Stop then
Is that prescribed?
+1
That’s shit…. Who schedules 7am stand ups….
1pm - 7am waking hours
Maybe you have sleep apnea? Don't nap.
Be more disciplined. Have your meals at approximately the same times. Stop napping in the evenings. Stop drinking caffeine if possible. If absolutely necessary, drink before 3 PM.
Try getting sunlight or buy melatonin pills. There are probably lifestyle changes you need to make like reduce anxiety/stress, social media etc. But the issue is, many of us are genetically programmed to be night owls. It sucks that majority of the people are morning people so we have to do all the sacrifice to be on their schedule.
Same! Except I don’t sleep 6pm-8pm
