Smart watch for heart health?
Are there any smart watches that can monitor your vitals like BP, pulse etc and alert you when things are not normal? Haven't been in the loop of what's available, but I think apple watch has these monitors but what I'm looking for is not just monitoring but also alerting when there is a risk. Recently dealt with an issue and getting access to doctors is a pain when not an emergency so looking to rely on this tech if available. Please share if you have experience with this and also share any real life examples of how these watches have caught serious issues and saved lives. PS: I'm an android user, so prefer non apple solutions if available. Also would prefer something that holds charge for longer than apple watches. I think the watches have problems with accuracy. Given that youre looking to rely on it I'd look for some custom product that is more accurate and can integrate into both android and apple ecosystem
Not a watch but the oura ring is far accurate than any watch in the market
Never heard of this before. Do you use it?
It's great, but they introduced a subscription which imo makes it too expensive.
