Compensation and benefits are ok. Culture is shit.
Like most companies, depends on your team for culture. Personally, my manager and my team are great. No big egos, lots to learn, people I genuinely enjoy talking to. Excellent work life balance. Compensation is good IMO, benefits are okay. Unlimited PTO, okay but not great health insurance plans (high deductibles, high out of pocket max). They did a ton of hiring in Q1 so there’s been some growing pains from that, but hiring is slowed now so that will hopefully settle over the coming months. 6 YOE 175,000 base 10% bonus ~93,000/year RSU’s (depending on market of course)

There’s a hiring freeze for US Engineering through EOY. I’d look elsewhere for engineering roles.

comp is decent if you get a good offer. culture is pretty good, but there seems to be a lot of franticness and the product experiences a lot of fires. overall a decent place to work, but I prob won't stay longer than 3 years. 220k tc

Interviewed there and got an offer in March last year. Pretty mediocre people.
