Yearly raises and promotions. I.e. People who started there 2 years ago are getting paid pennies next to people being hired on today and they don't adjust so just make sure you get in at a position and salary you're ok with- don't let them sell you on something lower with the hope of promotion/raise later because those promises rarely come to fruition.

Idk about total comp but aim as high as you can going in because I hear from friends that their HR process around raises/ paybands is a nightmare.
