Smartsheet SDE II offer evalutation (Bellevue WA)
This is what they're offering for now and they are claiming that they're going to promote me to Sr. position in 6-12 months with a TC jump. Any thoughts/suggestions? Base: $145k Stocks: $120k (vested over 4 years) Sign-on: $20k YOE: 4 Current TC: 160k

Looks good. Fwiw, some have made that jump in 6-12 months, but you'll have to demonstrate you deserve it. After you get settled for a couple months, have a direct conversation with your manager about what you need to do to reach that goal. They should be willing and able to lay out a plan. We've been pretty good about making good on promises when devs perform well.
What kind of promotion bonus and hike can I expect from Smartsheet? I am new here still
The pay bands are a bit of a mess, due to being new-ish to having even the notion. Startups don't really care about those things, so this is newer as the company matures. But, this looks like a solid mid-band sde II salary, Sde III should start around 165k salary, not sure on TC, though.
How are the interviews for SWE roles? Typical LC and design rounds?

Yeah, typically some coding and design challenges. Maybe some DB questions. The interviewers will be watching closely to make sure your not an asshole so don't be one (but that's generally good advice for life....)
That's good advice. Just a little more on don't be an asshole... In the context of interviews, what are the things that may give the impression of a person who has such qualities?
Smugness and arrogance, lack of humility, and talking about former colleagues and situations disrespectfully are some big ones. I once had a guy try to intimidate me when I was interviewing them for a role. Obviously that was a no-go.

Nobody will promote you in 6/12 months. Sde 2 -> 3 is very difficult in Amazon in that time frame
