Can anyone from smartsheet or who recently interviewed shed some light on the process. Email from recruiter outlines following 4 rounds 1. Hiring manager round ( behavioral) 2. Coding (DSA) 3. Design/ coding (structure out a highlevel algorithm and implement a piece of it) 4. Service design (restful design) 1 and 2 are clear. I want to learn more about 3 and 4. Is service design different from regular system design? What does 3. Design/coding entail?

I would steer clear of this company. They are going downhill fast.
May be. But I don't have many options so want to give it a best shot. Also they are remote first.
Downhill already, on the way to bottom
