How is the interview loop for Android roles at Snap? Recruiter couldn't really answer my questions and didn't really provide any useful information, other than the fact that pairing sessions may contain behavioral questions. I'm trying to gauge how fucked I am. Are hacker-rank sessions LC only? I spent the past year or so working with Flutter and lost most of my Android knowledge. I can handle basic trivia, but I'm fucked if someone asks me to pseudo code a feature. I'm brushing up on Android by working on a side project on top of LC, system, and behavioral prep. However, I have a phone screen soon and would appreciate any input. YOE: > 3 TC: 0 #snapchat #snap
Every interview round will have a behavioral question, if you are going for L3 probably one round will be focused on Android itself and the rest will be leet code style, if L4 probably one will be more of a system design type question as well. There are no particular rules about what questions to ask for leet code style questions, I tend to ask a question that is on the harder side of medium or the easier side of hard.
At least afaik they recycle the standard Lc hard by that I mean the infamous blind 75 and top 100 should be sufficient if you know the patterns.
