Snap L5 vs Meta E5 hiring bar

How does it compare to Meta? The process seems to be the same from what I've heard. Classic leetcode and system design. I passed Meta e5, doing team match. Is it worth it to do Snap L5?

Snap has monthly vesting and higher RSU as well as higher up potential for their stock .

Meta has monthly RSU vesting also. Meta has stacking refreshers. Snap does not. Snap has 3 year grants vs Metas 4 year. L5 == E5.5 in terms of initial potential TC
