Have you seen our stock? But yeah, we have a massive cliff next year. Our stock refesher is set to $36/share next year, so a lot are leaving. Due to our comp structure, we don't have stacking refreshers. This means the current price of shares calculated for refresher vest in 2 years. So there's absolutely zero relief until 2025 for the stock being low for 2 years right now Tl;dr most people here are at 1/4 stock for 2024 with no chance to get made whole.
Quarterly performance reviews with stack ranking to make it easier to fire people and demoralize them enough to leave voluntarily, the CEO who can't be fired saying his strategy is working but engineers just need to work more and harder, and the giant stock compensation drop others mentioned that's getting worse as the stock keeps depreciating, are all reasons people are bouncing.
