What do u guys ask during system design ?

I got how to design a email notification service. Snap doesn’t have standardized sys design question bank afaik… your best bet is to see where your snap system design interviewer used to work & hope it’s meta or google or amazon. If so, there’s a high chance they’ll just port over a question they used to ask before.
