Referrals for Laid Off SWE’s
LogMeIn laid off ~20 engineers today in Boston as all of LastPass engineering is now gonna be done in Budapest/Bangalore. So a bunch of us are gonna be on the look soon. Anyone have open heads for SWE’s in Boston? #boston #layoffs

So sad - honestly if I have to say what product has changed my life - it will be LastPass - I have been using (paid) for the past 2 years and honestly my productivity has improved a lot - sincere thanks to all of you folks for actually building a great product, I wish the other teams keep the light burning , I have a lot of trust in the product and a lot of my data is there so I really want it to well. A company outsourcing, especially offshore, a piece of its business is signalling that it is considered a commodity or cost center rather than an area of innovation. Usually it's something like non-core. For a tech company to do that to one of its products is not a good signal IMHO.
