I had 2 phone rounds in December and one of them didn’t go well. does anyone know what is the cool off period?
What interested you about snowflake?
Their product is great. Also I had an offer before joining Splunk which I didn’t take.. so little bit of regret.
Agree great product. But is it a great place to work?
Yes, what?
As mentioned I don’t think we have a cool off period policy . Just ask the recruiter. We are not used to people wanting to work here that badly :)
Do you think it is overvalued? 20b possible valuation with 100 mil revenue looks suspicious.
@LinkedIn 100 mil revenue? That’s not even close to reality lol.
I dont think there is a cool off period since the recruiting team is still super small but might change since we are growing rapidly. Definitely try again though post IPO! :3
Sounds good thank you!
I don’t think they’re giving options anymore. I got an offer from them and it’s all RSUs now..
Yup! Got RSUs too. Was the first group to get RSUs (february 1st) and the week before the 400mil raise
Can you share your offers?
Small companies like snowflake are very different from large ones. Once you fail the interview process the specific interviewers will remember you unlike google.
“Small” is relative, we have over 2k employees at this point and are adopting a lot more processes as we prepare to go public
Wow already 2k - how many engineers?
