Snr PM to VP / CPO role

Hi Blinders,  Looking for some guidance here. I am a senior PM at Microsoft. Yoe: 10yrs( 5 engg + 5 PM).  CS grad. Above average performer throughout the career. Ambition: VP product in a mid size company in 3-5 years and then to exec roles. Question: I don't have an MBA. Would you recommend me to do MBA/EMBA? Why this question is important today? :  Till date I have not felt any constraints without an MBA degree and hence never evaluated it. But I not sure if in future it will hurt with me trying for exec roles. And if I don't do one now, because of family and children it will not be possible,atleast very difficult in future. So, if am MBA / EMBA fast tracks the journey, would like to enroll sooner than later. TC: 172K + 0-30% + 25K Thanks for your help!
