So angry...
Blinders, l am right now sitting on this gross toilet stall and need to write... Just got a warning after working here as an Account Manager for 2 months. My boss who has never even checked on me (except my first week after dumping 13 different files) Got no training, kept asked questions to my coworker who would look at me and say “You know...l also have my work to do”. l had issues (just mixed it up couple files) for 2 projects and she found my performance level very low. She literally was SO CARING (!) while HR was on the line and she said “We will have check ins every friday” - Where have you been in last 2 MONTHS ? Another blow was my coworker. We had some private conversations and she said that she won’t tell her and here we are, my boss was talking about my private conversations with my coworker during this meeting - HR was on the line. Feeling so angry...Really want to quit and really not happy here. As a new grad, l have nowhere to go. No leverage unfortunately. l don’t want to work here and don’t care about 60k. How can l pass this and smile to those people and work closely ? l have to find something else. Something that at least l like a little. Another ad agency with another client or a company...l don’t know. Really feeling deflated... Anyway l will go and take a walk...

Always be on the job hunt. If you are incredibly fresh in the industry, don't list the current job. Document everything. Never speak to another co-worker about problems in the office. The failure of a new hire is always the failure of a manager. If you have another HR meeting, come with ammunition. Ask questions like, should I have received onboarding? Are managers to assign mentors? Should a manager check in on work? Be very question oriented about the flaws of the manager while being respectful

AM 1 w little experience? Honestly I could quit and leave this off your resume/LinkedIn. Sounds like a bad environment to be in and not worth the effort.

@gaydude Welcome to the real world. No participation trophies for losing. HR was on the line???? That’s bad news. I’m not sure if you’re aware of the significance of that but it won’t matter whether you want to quit in a few months because you’re on your way to being termed. You should start looking for a new job.
Did you underperform in last two months? If yes then what is your concern with their behavior?
Lack of training and no plan. Never had a one on one with the boss in 2 months. Not shared any outcome. No support and yes, because of those things l did mixed up some files.
Damn sounds terrible. Sorry your coworkers are crap. Yeah no tc is not worth your mental state just emotionally check out and look else where or quit.
