Ik SoFi is remote friendly for experienced hires but does SoFi allow remote for new grad SWEs? SoFi employees with new grads that joined their team recently where have you noticed they are located? Seems to be Seattle or Bay. Ty

Check with the hiring manager but as far as I know yes. There isn't much point to going in the office anyway since most people are still WFH, or in another office.

The new grads that are remote are usually intern return offers so the manager already knows if they are good or not. If you are fresh out of college, probably remote is harder to get. But if you already have industry exp and job level is reg swe, remote is possible
That checks out, thanks. Are returning intern at SoFi able to switch teams or only allowed to return to the same one?
I don't know the answer 100% and it might be possible, but in practice I feel like the answer is no. Or not very common
