I'm in the Cash org. WLB is great for my team, though I've heard it's a little more intense for some. Not crazy though, I've _heard_ of the occasional 50 hour week but nothing more. I haven't witnessed it personally. Tech stack depends on where you are and what you work on, but if you're doing product dev, in Cash probably Java/Kotlin/gRPC/a smattering of whatever is needed from AWS. E.g. the Seller side of Square, I don't think they use Kotlin for much. Lots of Go for infra related stuff
