Imagine paying 1.3M to get poisoned by highway fumes. The backyard is literally the highway wall. Saw this on blind before can’t believe someone bought it at asking 😂😂😂 https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/12002-NE-100TH-Place-Kirkland-WA-98033/48999846_zpid/?utm_campaign=iosappmessage&utm_medium=referral&utm_source=txtshare
He’s smart. He knows gas vehicles will be banned by 2030. Think long term.
Unbelievable appreciation on the property
Let ppl buy what they want.. What r u deriving from this ridicule anyway? Someone probably could have stretched their finances to get it… Maybe they want kirkland but can’t afford more than 1.3M.. Whatever the reason is.. @buyer - Incase u see this post.. Ignore the aholes hating.. It’s a good house in a good location.. Make good memories with ur family/friends.
Idk it’s better than what you could buy where I live for that money.
Yeah- that’s brutal, the $/sqft is pretty much the same as the homes nearby that don’t have a highway in their backyard. The zestimate is also >50k lower than what they paid. Oof.
That is still better than the smokers in here
🤮 But also it's been reduced twice totaling 250k so calling that asking is a stretch. Still not worth it of course.
Imagine the noise. They’d never be able to open their windows or fully enjoy the backyard. I guess they could put a loud water fountain or something to help drown out the noise. I wouldn’t be able to handle being woken up in the night by those loud ass modded cars roaring by.
You get used to it. My buddy has train tracks in their back yard. They have soundproof windows and a fence. We only really noticed when we're outside smoking and a train passes.
Yeah but train is different from highway noise. Highway noise is almost always constant. Train probably doesn’t pass through that often.
Crazy that this was worth 500k in 2015
Still way better than house in Bay Area
