Sony PlayStation Software engineer II salary in SF
Hey guys, I am offered a job at Sony PlayStation as a Software engineer II in SF. What's should I expect for TC. I was offered Base salary -$145k LTI - 15% Bonus -15% I feel they are low balling me. My current TC is 200k.

Were you told about how we’ve been getting an average bonus of ~30% every year since PS shares profit ? 15 is just minimum, everyone is know at least got 25 for last couple of years

Why Google to Sony ?
I interviewed for fun and got selected. I really liked the position. I feel it's time to move to a better TC
You move to FB or Square or something like that for better TC, not Sony.
