How long does it usually take between on-site and offer? SWE position at Hawthorne HQ. Have some others to consider but just wondering if I should hold out. #tech #spacex

Any chances verbal offer never comes and just the written days later?
3 in 4 candidates fail the onsite. Anything is possible but Occam's razor says you didn't get it. I would still expect the recruiter to communicate the result though, you should message them to check in.

I got mine same day, and we try to do the same for candidates we want to extend an offer to on my team. It should generally be relatively quick

If you got extended an offer but declined, do you still have to interview again if you wanna come back within a few months?
