Hello everyone, I am expecting an offer from SpaceX for mechanical engineer supply chain. Would you please help me with what I should expect and negotiation possibilities. Are they going to adjust the title and level based on my experience or not? YOE 10+ Thanks
They won't budge on base salary but you can & should ask for more stock. I'd expect 60 hr weeks, or 40 if you just want to meet expectations.
What should I expect for base? Are they going to offer me Senior level with 10 YOE?
That all depends on how your interviews go, but most people get down leveled yes. Just ask for more stock and ignore title. TC 350, base is 130, but I've been around 4 years.

What’s the compensation?
Senior Supply Chain Engineer should be about $125-135k base, $7500 sign on, and $250k RSU grant vested over 5yr.
Thanks. Do you have any info regarding relocation packages? I heard stock is more on 350k to 500k in that position. Am i wrong?
$350-500k is software. Relocation is fully covered at Senior level and a small $1000-1500 misc. Lower levels don't cover full move but get an amount to move. You will need to work two years or pay it back, 100% in first yr or 50% in second. I work in Supply Chian Engineering.
We dont have mechanical engineers supply chain, what is the correct role’s name? Base will be low, ask for more RSU and sign on
Sometimes we post the role under a different name because our internal naming means nothing to people on the outside and reduces applications.
You should expect 80 hour work weeks. That is all.
