folks, have my last round with Sr Dir of Tech and HR director. what to expect and prepare? heard they press you for salary expections in the HR round. what does splunk pay for Sr Engg Mgr? also what are the levels in splunk? M4-M6? whats the director level? yoe:19 current TC: 300ish best offer so far: 400

Thanks for the input. Any feedback on what to prep for the VP/HR rounds?
Not sure about the leveling but the track is: manager, Sr manager, director, Sr director, VP, Sr VP. Splunk follows the 4 year vesting schedule (25% after 1st year and then vested quarterly after). Each year there is RSU refreshes too based on performance. 400 seems reasonable to me
