Splunk Not heard back after phone screen
Had phone interview 2 Mondays ago. It’s almost 2 weeks and have not heard back. Does this mean a reject? I understand Splunk gets almost all of July 4th week off but it still feels like a long time to hear back about a phone screen.

Read about ghosting. Sorry to break your bubble, but sometimes not reverting to the candidate within a reasonable amount of time is the recruiter’s way of saying that you didn’t make it.
I emailed my recruiter after a week and then they called me for onsite. Follow up guys if you have not done already.
I did my onsite 2 weeks back.. recruiter says still to get all feedback.. is this waittime usual after onsite.. any experience.????
My manager told me upfront during my onsite that they were gonna interview one more person next week and get back to me after 2 weeks and they did so. It depends if they are interviewing multiple people.
Email the recruiter, sometimes things slip.
Splunk does this a lot. A while back saw another post where someone was ghosted..
It happened a few times to me that the recruiter forgot to send the evaluation form to me after I interviewed someone. It’s very frustrating to me as I feel sorry for candidates who are ignored because of this. Please email the recruiter because you deserve a response.
