Splunk salary adjustment for location?
Expecting an offer this week. Does anyone know what the salary adjustments based on location are? In particular I’m looking for Bay Area vs New York versus SoCal vs Seattle. Are both the base salary and the stock grant affected by the salary adjustment? Thanks! TC: peanuts but will update with offer YOE: 8 Currently Bay Area and SoCal #Splunk

Every area except socal is tier 1. Both RSU and base get adjusted.

After how many days of completion of your onsite, recruiter notified your results?
Splunk considers all the cities you mentioned as Tier 1 cities so there isn’t going to be too much adjustment between them.
