Splunk vs Azure vs AWS
Expecting offers from all three (got positive response from Splunk Cloud team and MS Azure). Assuming they come with similar offers, what's my best bet (for career growth, WLB, and TC)? Concerned about Splunk's direction as a company and pace of growth in MS. Not keen on AWS due to horror stories on Blind and hostile team vibes. Could you elaborate a bit more on what's wrong with Splunk? Seems like their cloud org is bringing a turnaround and both stock and career growth could have upside if they are successful?
Amz has lots of toxic managers n executives in leadership in cloud group .. like extremely toxic
Don’t do splunk. If you can handle a shitty couple of years, do Amazon. Best for career growth by far If I were you I’d keep interviewing though. These are all likely downgrades from apple

Cloud is a mess. Tons of reorgs. Attrition is high. Massive leadership churn (look at the C-staff who have left this year). There’s more. Feel free to dm
Don't go to MS.
Some cloud orgs at MS sucks. If you can negotiate high tc, why not AMZN

You mentioned negatives about all 3, why did you interview in the first place? Lol
These are the ones who interviewed me. My TC is low for my YOE so trying to look elsewhere 😪
