you have no damn idea what is happening. lots of seasoned sales, account managers and good engineers are leaving like droves. We have “product manager” who cannot come up with 1 single concrete requirement for months ... don’t even know how to install the product
There is a mass exodus going on at Splunk right now. People leaving in droves. Executive team is currently in damage control mode trying to stop the bleeding, urgently scheduling All-Hands To calm people down and attending offsites to come up with a strategy
