Sponsorship for employment visa status

Will you now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status in order to work in the United States? (If hired, verification will be required consistent with federal law.) This seems to be a typical question. Say if am on H1B with I140 approved, do I need to say yes for this question? The hiring company just needs to transfer my visa I guess.
