Did you negotiate it yet? I think that’s great for spotify. Unfortunately they don’t adjust for hcol/Seattle accordingly. So i am not sure how that comp stands up to seattle comps.

Does DE at Spotify pay significantly more than DS? I’ve seen senior DS offers from Spotify for $230k TC, but you’re is $235k just base - which is really good even for senior SWE
