Reading online they seem pretty good. Any detailed feedback on what they offer as far as esop, 401k, health, and other? Considering applying for a job there.

Does anyone have any actual details other then just picking one example?
it would help if you asked more specific questions, and which country you would work in
US is the country. I don’t think there’s specific questions that needed to be asked when talking about benefits. I don’t want to know about a specific benefit. I want to know what all of the benefits are. Someone else seemed to have figured it out because, again, it was pretty straight forward
23 pto days + 12 flexible holidays. 10 pto can carry over year over year. Unlimited sick days as far as I can tell, 1 social charity day for a cause you like. Move day, bereavement days etc. POS is like $60 a month, no deductible EPO is $0, no deductible HDHP is $0 with a $2000 min and they contribute like $100 a month or something Dental and vision are cheap add-ons 401k is standard max 3% match, also supports roth I think Overall, the health insurance has been excellent for me I've only paid deductibles since I joined. The vacations days are great, flexible holidays are easy to take and witch around. The 401k is a little weak. There are also other like weird travel perks that I haven't done (like discounted northern lights trips) and you get flown out to sweden to go to HQ after joining for a trip. Also other little things like Hyatt law add ons where you get attorney access for cheap, mental health resources and a small gym reimbursement.
Thank you.
Seems like everything but the 401k is solid
