Spotify feedback after onsite
Does anyone know how long it usually takes for getting a feedback after the Spotify onsite interviews? It's been almost two weeks ever since the final interview. They didn't give me an estimation of how long it would take for an answer. Even if I don't get an offer, it would be nice to know which areas I could improve until I can try again, so I hope I don't get ghosted. #spotify #spotifycareers
Same boat. With wellness week last week and the majority of the Talent Acquisition team getting laid off shortly after and a slowdown in hiring on top of that, it feels like a rocky boat. The recruiters are spread thin (and mine was already bad at responding to me to begin with), so I wouldnât hold my breath for a response.

How did they let you know about the offer? Did they call without scheduling? Or via mail? Did they give any clue in the mail?
Your recruiter has likely been made redundant, unfortunately.
Last week was wellness week (whole company was off) and now like half of the TA team was let go. If the people involved in your process were let go youâll have someone else taking on your process. All of this might have delayed it. Responses can be as fast as a couple of days or take time. Mine took 3 weeks early this year

If you know the hiring manager, you might want to ask if the role is still hiring on LinkedIn. Many of the positions were closed on Monday. The jobs site isnât accurate right now.
